Important update regarding the recent Magnolia Water communication

The recent letter sent by Magnolia Water contained an error. At the time of the March billing, MDU was your authorized sewer service utility and correctly billed and collected for your March sewer services. We apologize for the miscommunication and will work with Magnolia to ensure it is handled appropriately on your behalf.

No customers were invoiced for the April sewer service by MDU. All invoices you received from MDU are correct and due to MDU. Your April service will be charged by Magnolia Water.

If you are owed a deposit refund or credit balance refund, it is MDU’s goal to have all customer deposits and credit balances processed before the end of April; however, that plan could be delayed due to the existing emergency condition.
